Dunlop Rally DZ74R

The Dunlop Direzza DZ74R is a highly specialized, heavy-duty competition tire engineered specifically for wet, muddy, and loose gravel rally racing.

While modern gravel lineages like the DZ87R dominate bone-dry forest tracks, the DZ74R is Dunlop's designated "foul weather weapon." When a stage deteriorates into soft mud, deep slush, or heavy, uncompacted river gravel, this tire is brought out to claw through the slop.

Because the DZ74R is engineered strictly for maximum water, mud, and slush evacuation, Dunlop does not manufacture it in multiple hard or medium compounds. The rubber matrix itself is inherently Ultra-Soft.
